So, where do we start? First, an inspection. No good service/plan can be formed without first doing a proper inspection.

So, what exactly are we looking for?

We need to identify 3 very key facts. First, what kind of termite are we dealing with? In this area of Florida we have 3 types of termite. Eastern Sub, Formosan, and Dry-wood.

Each are quite different and need to be addressed accordingly.

Next we need at establish what the building structure is. Is it a slab? Stem wall? Crawl space? The type of foundation the structure has is extremely important.

And lastly we chose which form of treatment is needed. Liquid? Bait stations? Foam? Fumigation? All of it?

We then make a plan and make sure you, the customer, know what were going to do and more importantly, why we are doing it the way we are.
